Marc deeply values entrepreneurial ownership and a bias for speed. His mission: making humans and tech work together "hand in hand". He holds an M.Sc. from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
Living in Munich, he loves being in the mountains, and you may find him running in the Englischer Garten.
Dr. Nicolas
Werner-Schmolling
Strategy consultant turned builder, with 8+ years leading global transformation projects and hands-on experience in AI, cloud, and innovation at AWS and Munich Re.
Before co-founding Arcpeak, Nicolas supported PE portfolio companies at AWS and led AI prototyping at Munich Re. He holds a PhD in Business Administration focused on board effectiveness.
Based in Munich with his wife and two kids, he recharges by running and playing the guitar.
